The Independent Film Producer, Tag Entertainment, is one to use caution if you're an investor. We invested into Tag Entertainment, based on what we thought was a trusting relationship, only to find that we've been SCAMMED.

We were approached by this independent film producer in 2003 regarding investing into their family films. After some research we decided to invest a little money into the movie Santa Trap. Little did we know it was a real "trap". Nevertheless, we continued to build a trusting relationship, so we thought, with Tag Entertainment. Later we were approach to invest into another movie production, Black Beauty. Tag was teaming up with Travolta Family Films to produce this movie. With the Travolta name, our level of trust increased. As a result we invested a larger sum of money.

As time went on we continually contacted this independent film producer, Tag Entertainment, about the production. Apparently they were going through production challenges. Then finally after nearly 3-years the movie was completed; however, we found out that Tag Entertainment did not produce the movie with Travolta Family Films.

Currently, who knows when the movie will be released and it wasn't a movie made for the Big Screen, it was a movie made for TV. This was not our understanding when we made our initial investment.

So the bottom line, Tag Entertainment SCAMMED us. I've tried to get our money back; however, it seems the only way is through the court process. If anyone has any suggestions, we'd appreciate it. Tag simply took our money, broke the contract and has no misgivings about it. I would never recommend this independent film producer, Tag Entertainment with Steve Austin acting as the CEO. How can a dishonest company continue to do business is beyond me.

The company is also listed on the stock exchange as TAGE. It's only been a failing stock.
